Terms of Delivery and Payment

Please ask for our special rates for dealers.

Validity
The terms of agreement are valid for all transactions between BT-Sound and the customer, as valid on the day of transaction.

Returns policy
We hope you will be satisfied every time you shop with us. CDs can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition. Goods returned within 14 days will be fully refunded. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part we will also be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred.

Delivery
Unless otherwise specified we deliver to the address on your order. In the event of non-arrival, please contact us and quote the reference number shown on your invoice.

Terms of payment and arrears
We will send you an invoice (swift/IBAN/BIC).
In the case of arrears, we are permitted to charge interest at a rate of 5% above the basic interest rate as set by the German State Bank.
Unfortunately we can only accept orders against invoice from customers over the age of 18 years.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address.
We would like to assure customers that our site employs SSL. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your information before it is sent to us and is the highest level of secure transaction technology in common use today.

Customs Information
For items exported outside the EU the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable by the overseas recipient and we regret that we are unable to advise of these amounts. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. Also, we may have to provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. We would like international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by customs authorities. This is beyond our control and may cause dely in the delivery of our order. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

P&P
Orders with a total of more than 60 € are free of charge. P&P for orders up to 60 €:
>European countries: 3€
>All other countries: 6€

Under 18`s
We can only sell to under 18`s with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
